Sponsored Adoptions & animals with special
needs
In addition to dogs, cats and rabbits awaiting adoption, our favorite San Jose shelter also
has animals who have special medical or behaviorial needs that must be
addressed before they can be adopted. They animals rely on various rescue
groups and promotional support from organizations like PAWS, Pro Animal Web Services.
Here you'll see photos and bios for
animals who've been helped and those who are now in need. Your donations
to PAWS, Pro Animal Web Services helps save the lives of older, less healthy pets.

foster! save a life
Foster parents are always in high demand. If you can open your home
to an animal for a period of time, help them heal from their injuries,
both mental and physical, you will greatly improve their chances
at a happy home and a loving family. Please let us know what type
of animals you would enjoy helping in their time of great need
